Our digestive system is VERY important. 70-80% of the immune system IS IN the DIGESTIVE system. We often did not realize, food we eat might be taxing to our body. Instant food, pocket snacks with artificial coloring, flavoring, emulsifiers, preservatives, etc., white sugar, starch are examples of food we eat without realizing that our body works hard just to digest.

Food made from starch can cause coating on the inside of bowel, blocking the mucous glands and the peristaltic action of the colon. The clogged digestive tract means less nutrition for the body. Allergies, for example, stems from body inability to fully and properly digest food. To clear allergies, best way is to do colon and liver cleanse. As much as 90% of the allergies will clear up with a colon and liver cleanse. The remaining allergies often clear up after adding adrenal support.
After reading that book (few months back), I was driven to do colon cleanse, as it was the first and foremost thing to do. If you do other cleansing first, the dumped substances will be trapped in the clogged tract and the cleansing will not be as effective as described.
I pitched my husband to join in because it would be fun to do it together (other motive was he’s the test to see whether can reduce his allergy recurrence, but I did not say that out loud in front of him). I was prepared to feel nauseous, weak or sick, headachy as I read there was lots of toxins released during this cleansing.
Fortunately, none happened to both of us and we could still do our daily activities normally. Surprise! No discomfort either. Only we have to visit toilet three times daily for big business with no rush (i.e. no “urgent” feeling, just want to pass motion). We did this 2 cycles as we wanted to rest our digestive tract every 2 weeks of cleansing. After second cycle, I notice my husband indeed has less occurrence of allergy. Yay to that!
When I suggested this cleansing to few friends, they were afraid they would not be able to do their stuff as per normal. “How about if I have sudden urge to go to toilet in the middle of important meeting?” That, my friend, did not happen to us. Disclaimer: individual results may vary.
SO, here’s the protocols for a gentle colon cleanse which we followed based on Dr. LeAnne’s book. Remember to drink AT LEAST 12 glasses (each class around 240 mL) of water every day.
1. Begin with 1 Comfortone in the morning. The second day take one in the morning and one in the evening. The third day take two in the morning and one in the evening, then two in the morning and two in the evening and so on, building to total of 10 daily. Take 2 Detoxzyme (or Essentialzyme) between every meal.
2. When having 3 good bowel movements daily begin taking ICP with 1 tsp in the morning. Mix it with juice and drink it down QUICKLY. Add ½ tsp of ICP per day until you reach 1 Tbsp (3 tsp) in the morning and 1 Tbsp in the evening. Stay on Comfortone and Detoxzyme.
3. Continue colon cleansing until the lining (black sticky stuff) that coats the bowel comes out.
To help us remember how many Comfortone or ICP to take every day, I made the small schedule for 14 days and stick it nearby the drinking counter (together with Comfortone, ICP, and Detoxzyme bottles).
EXTRA note: why need 3 bowel movements daily? That’s the suggested number of times you need to go to toilet. The bowel movements should happen 12 – 24 hours after the meal. Meaning, we take 3 meals a day, so should be 3 waste disposals. That’s the healthy bowel movement. You don’t want the waste to accumulate inside your body for too long because the toxins will be released to your system while it’s inside the body.
After colon cleanse, we proceeded to PARASITE Cleansing using ParaFree. ParaFree is useful to get rid of the parasite inside the body (most resides in the colon), either in the micro scale (blood) or in the macro scale (can be seen by naked eyes).
The instructions stated on the bottle are simple and easy to understand. We just followed that. Some people will have tendency to burp when taking ParaFree (ME!!), so I just took 2 capsules with some food each time instead of 4 as per instructions on the bottle. Just have to space it to reach total 8 capsules a day. Honestly, we did not take note of the “waste disposal”. Some will pass out worms though (YUCKS!). People who often eat raw food (this is my personal view) and/or people who often travel to other countries and/or people who own pets are suggested to take ParaFree every 6 months. It’s good to de-worm your system once a while.
Note: Seek professional advice when someone with history of ulcer wants to do cleansing.
